Return & Refund Policy
- You have 15 days (from the day you receive your order) to return or exchange any item (except for customized items).
- Please allow an additional 2-12 business days to receive customized items.
- Exchanging or canceling your order (in exchange for store credit) is accepted before your order is shipped out.
- For returns and exchanges, the following applies:
- Items must remain in original condition.
- Restocking fees apply if the item has been opened.
- Items must be shipped back directly to our suppliers.
- Custom items are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
- The buyer will cover return shipping costs at the time of shipment. If the return is the result of a direct error by Refuse You Lose, we’ll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
We do not issue a refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
