Return & Refund Policy

You have 15 days to return or exchange any item (except customized items).

  1. You have 15 days (from the day you receive your order) to return or exchange any item (except for customized items).
  2. Please allow an additional 2-12 business days to receive customized items.
  3. Exchanging or canceling your order (in exchange for store credit) is accepted before your order is shipped out.
  4. For returns and exchanges, the following applies:
    • Items must remain in original condition.
    • Restocking fees apply if the item has been opened.
    • Items must be shipped back directly to our suppliers.
    • Custom items are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
    • The buyer will cover return shipping costs at the time of shipment. If the return is the result of a direct error by Refuse You Lose, we’ll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.

We do not issue a refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
